**WE offer 14 days warranty on motor and battery. we cover complete failure within the first 14 days of order date. The manufacture limited warranty follows after taking care of any imperfections and minor issues.

**No exchange on normal functioning products. Exchanges within 14 days on complete defects/malfunctions/none working. Equal Exchanges on defects are accepted in its original shape (new factory condition, clean, unused, unscratched).
** No return labels provided by iconicbarbersupply. returned Shipping cost to be handled by customers, no exceptions! iconic will handle shipping cost back to customer when re-shipping correct items like: (full defects, wrong items, wrong color, wrong size, missing item from box)
