Shipping policy


  • Handling of orders takes 12-36 hours. Orders Falling On A Saturday and Sunday Will Be Shipped By Monday.
  • Free shipping is via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days or UPS ground 2-5 days.
  • standard Free shipping on orders $99 or more to the US states- [Restrictions apply]. 
  • Customers pay for shipping on order's 89.99 and below.

  • on big, heavy, bulky, numbered count items and to the far states on the map. Some items incur an additional delivery charges. Customer will be notified by phone or email about shipping restrictions. IF customer shall agree to cover shipping difference, order will be shipped at customer’s consent. Incase customer disagree to cover shipping difference, order will be cancelled and money refunded to customer.

  • 2-5 Business Days, Factors vary with shipping carriers. we try our best to work fast to get your orders delivered on time.

In Case of missing/wrong items from packed box. 

  • customer shall call and make a claim within 12 hours upon delivery in accordance with the tracking number. If failed to do so within the set timeframe, iconic barber supply is not responsible for any further action. we will look into our records/pictures to see if the shortage/error happened on our end. if so, we will be happy to assist in a timely manner to solve the issue.

Shipment stuck in transit and taking a very long time to get here.

  • WE can not do much in these cases but to wait and call the carrier to figure out why the package is stuck and taking too long. if we receive the package back, we will send it back again to the owner with no issues. customers needs to understand that this is something out of our control. we also recommend that the customer make a claim with the carrier as well.

stolen, missing, Or damaged during transit shipping. 

  • We are not responsible!
  • If the package was stolen or damaged while been shipped by carrier, only the carrier can assist you with the process of covering back your lost package or replacement value.
  • Please have all the information pertaining to the package ready so you can inform the carrier agent.
  • If you need a tracking number or an invoice to complete any carrier related process, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with the information required.

Undeliverable Packages [ Return to sender ].

There will be a 10% restocking fee + any applicable shipping charges for the package returned to us for reasons beyond our control. That is in case customer no longer wants the order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for re- shipping return to sender package to assigned address on file.

  • Wrong address provided by the customer at the time of check out.
  • No one available to receive the package [ return to sender ].
  • Vacant address.
  • refusal of delivered package.
  • Packages not picked up on time after delivery attempt and/or after delivery attempt notice is left by the carrier.
